After more than 25 years with the Queensland Education Department, as a teacher and Principal, Ms. Rosean Neilsen left Australia to work in Canada and then Singapore as a Vice Principal, consultant, Trainer, curriculum writer and teacher. She has been in Singapore for 12 years, working in tuition centres and Primary and Secondary Schools, specializing in the English language, for public and oral presentation.
